Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:-

  • Process enquiries, quotations and orders to external customers.
  • Coordinate and monitor services activities to ensure timely deliveries and completion of jobs in progress between operations and customers.
  • Coordinate collection and delivery of recon components.
  • Coordinate, monitor and conduct meetings & discussions with customers and operations.
  • Input plan cost and update work in progress status and completion date in SAP system
  • Prepare cost summary for invoicing after completion of jobs

With below knowledge and past working experience in the same industry would be a added advantage:-

  • Quotation management
  • Sales process & tools
  • Technical knowledge in reconditioning, In-Situ and engine overhauling services.
  • Commercial invoicing
  • Export compliance and regulations
  • International payments and credit

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marine, Mechanical Engineering 
  • Min. 2 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in warehouse operation and local/ import/ export freight arrangement, preferably in Marine industry.
  • Knowledge and compliance of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, OHSAS and other QEHS procedures.
  • Arrangement of toolings/ equipment/ vehicle maintenance, its renewal or re-certification with vendors. Inclusive of performing simple internal preventive maintenance or inspection on them.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organise cycle count and annual stock count exercise.
