Consolidation Accountant (CEJB 17 219)

Job Description:

  • Performs monthly, quarterly and year end closing consolidation, and prepares appropriate financial statement
  • Coordinates Groups annual business budget and Groups quarterly forecast 
  • Reviews and interprets exisiting and new accounting reporting requirements, rules and regulations
  • Perform financial movement analysis
  • In charge of inter-company transactions and reconciliation
  • Coordinates with all reporting entities finance personnel for timely management and statutory financial report
  • Assists with implementing and maintaining internal financial reporting controls and procedures
  • Assists with drafting and implementing accounting policy
  • Communication with Auditors

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy
  • At least 4 years with Malaysia PLC consolidation
  • Strong in General Ledger transactions and consolidation experience with a mid to large enterprise accounting systems
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
