Job Description:

Our client is a global Industrial Automation company and currently, they are searching for a Digital Marketing Executive, Southeast Asia, reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, Southeast Asia, who will work with all relevant parties to plan and deliver effective online campaigns geared at generating new business and brand recognition. This is a hand on digital role, covering all aspects of digital marketing activities, from website content management, social media management to SEM and online sales leads management. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Campaign Management
    • Plan and implement digital marketing campaign for Southeast Asia region, according to global sales and marketing plan(GMAP) and regional business needs.
    • Responsible for Southeast Asia digital marketing budget.
    • Monitor digital marketing campaign effectiveness and return on investment, to maximize the company’s Southeast Asia digital potential
  • Website, E-newsletter, Social Media and Paid Search/Ads
    • Together with HQ website team and country MarComm. team, optimise and manage a positive website presence for Southeast Asia which is easy to find and navigate, and which are regularly updated and continually reviewed.
    • Hands on responsible for email campaigns for Southeast Asia region, ensure solid implementation and monitoring of yearly e-newsletter campaigns.
    • Manage, grow and monitor the company’s Southeast Asia media promotion channels, i.e.  Facebook, LinkedIn
    • Plan, implement and monitor online paid Search/Ads activities.
  • Digital marketing events and online Public Relations
    • Hands on implementation on digital marketing events, i.e. webinars.
    • Develop and manage online Public Relations, establish relationships with online publications and associations. i.e. banner exchange on websites, writing PR and submitting to E-PR sites.
  • Online sales leads generation and CRM update
    • Responsible for sales leads generated from online channel, according to the sales leads process defined by the region.
    • Together with country MarComm. team, responsible for CRM customer and contact information update trigged from online channel. i.e.  update CRM contact according to e-newsletter bounces. 
  • Assist offline-driven marketing activities
    • Assist conventional marketing activities planned in Southeast Asia to be best effective by adding productive digital elements. i.e. online promotion and website landing page of an exhibition/roadshow.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Arts, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Communication, or Advertising related field of study.
  • At least 2 years digital marketing experience.
  • Excellent English in writing and speaking is a must.
  • Fluent in any other language commonly used in Southeast Asia is a plus. 
  • Broad skills set encompassing content marketing, PPC, SEO, SEM, analytics and third-party management experience.
  • Good presentation skill is a must.
  • Advance Microsoft Excel skill.
  • Other software is a plus, e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash.
  • Experience in agencies is preferred
  • Industrial B2B or Consumer B2C
  • Ability to work effectively with cross departments in different cultures and an international environment
  • Effective and independent Project Management capabilities
