Job Description:


  1. Perform tender cost estimation based on Clients' specification and drawings for our ship conversion project
  2. Coordinate offshore and conversion tenders assigned to ensure such tenders are completed and submitted to Clients on time and meeting contractual requirements
  3. Attend ships inspection and clarification meetings with Clients
  4. Prepare and submits pre-qualification dossiers to Clients
  5. Assist with preparation of responses / replies to Clients' enquires
  6. Arrange tender "kick-off" meetings with the team members during the tendering stage to highlight key aspects of the conversion and to plan the tender activities
  7. Assist and support the Commercial Manager in preparing the tender executive summary report and project cost/ variation/ subcontractor reports.
  8. Assist to evaluate cost estimation
  9. Perform contracts administration and commercial functions during offshore and conversion project execution

Job Requirements:

  1. Tertiary education in electrical engineering or its equivalent
  2. Min. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity and industry
  3. Possess good knowledge of marine and offshore systems, contracts work execution process, tendering procedures and cost  knowledge of  different jobs
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, effective contract administration skills
  5. Resourceful, responsible, committed, team player, hardworking, customer oriented, and able to work independently and under stressful situations
  6. Contract Period:  Est. 1 Year
