Our client is a global IT consulting firm and currently, they are searching for an experienced Sales Personnel who enjoys hunting and growing IT solutions within the FSI and Public Sector.


Job Description

  • Business development and sales - generating sales leads and opportunities to sales closure, focusing in Financial, Insurance and Public Sector
  • Provides competitive and other strategic information to support the sales such as but not limited to market pricing, competitor information, and market environment information
  • Client communication and/or management as required to help influence the client to favorably view the company’s tenders/proposals
  • Analyze historical data and market data. Prepare, propose and monitor Sales Plan, Sales Targets, define Sales Strategies and Initiatives against given KPI/sales targets
  • Analyze the market, prioritize, develop sales strategy, identify target customers and derive actions list to meet personal and company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with external parties such as business partners to optimize efficiency of business operations and new business growth.
  • Plan and strategize to ensure healthy pipeline and profits
  • Demonstrated existing relationships at the C / Executive levels of MNC companies and key vendors.
  • Demonstrated awareness of competitors in the FSI and Public sector space and the differentiators required to be successful
  • Develop and articulate key differentiators and messages to intended market 
  • Shows understanding of selling ERP services within a consulting organization vs. system integrator
  • Develop and maintain client satisfaction and continuous client relationship building
  • Supervise, coach and guide on tasks as well as share and advise on problem solving solutions together with the implementation teams

Job Requirements:

  • More than 7 years of experiences in solution selling experience in large scale projects and experience in dealing with FSI / government (including statutory board) and acquiring new projects.  (with a proven sales track records)
  • Sound knowledge with ICT technology and solutions and possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in the ICT sector
  • Self-confidence, independent, aggressive and capable in leading and perform end-to-end selling processes and activities with less supervision
  • Able to define target markets, generate leads and qualify opportunities
  • Able to manage multiple opportunity at the same time
  • Experiences in managing clients' relationship and expectations
  • Experiences in managing vendors/suppliers and business partners' relationship and expectations
