Job Description:

  • To assist the purchasing team to achieve the same working day response to the costumers.
  • To assist in negotiating with suppliers for better terms, conditions and prices. 
  • To assist purchasing manager/officer in the procurement of goods or services and ensure on time delivery by suppliers at the agreed price and to meet internal quality, safety and certification requirements.
  • To help that our costumer’s get the right item, at the required time and place and at the right cost.
  • To assist in following up with any costumers complaints and take corrective actions and prevent occurrences.
  • To review all purchasing documents and ensure accuracy and completeness within the allocated sphere of responsibility.
  • To co-ordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal divisions to meet customer's delivery deadlines.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior
  • Other responsibilities documented in the QEHS Procedure and QEHS Manual

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years experience 
  • Willing to work on western part of Singapore
