Project Control Manager
Description
  • Lead the Project Control team to focus on project planning, budgeting, document control and reporting.
  • Develop, implement and maintain project programme and progress reporting systems within business unit enabling business unit Project Managers to effectively manage their projects
  • Perform project controls, conduct reviews and risk assessments of project opportunities
  • Provide leadership, management and high level operational advice and expertise of Project Controls / Project Support Unit
  • Will provide planning support to Project Director / Managers
  • Provide team with skills and resources to drive capability development and implementation of business strategies, policies, plans, programs and standards across all business unit operations
  • Assist in development and implementing business strategies to measure performance of team in terms of client satisfaction, quality standards, compliance with legislation, corporate requirements and direction
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Management
  • Experience in providing high level operational advice in areas of project management, strategic planning, engineering, finance, legislative, environmental, economics, asset operations and policy development for large scale infrastructure project
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
